Plywood sheets to cover windows during hurricane season are stored overhead. An irrigation pump is located next to the north wall, is not used because well went dry. Electrical Panel has been fully updated to comply with all current Pasco County zoning requirements. Heating and Cooling is provided by a new central HVAC unit located in the attic above the garage. Auxilliary heating is available from electric baseboard units located in most rooms - but is not used currently, as the HVAC heat is quite adequate.
